Principle of ultrasonic mixing equipment
Ultrasonic emulsification equipment is a technology that uses strong ultrasonic waves to pulverize insoluble solids (or other liquids) in liquids into particles and fully mix them with surrounding liquids to form emulsions. The physical mechanism of crushing insoluble solids (or liquids) is generally considered to be the effect of ultrasonic cavitation. Ultrasonic cavitation effect means that under the action of strong ultrasonic waves, a large number of bubbles will be generated in the liquid. The small bubbles will gradually grow and increase with the ultrasonic vibration, and then suddenly burst and split, and the split bubbles continue to grow and burst. . When these small bubbles collapse rapidly, high temperature and high pressure are generated in the bubbles, and because the liquid around the bubbles rushes into the bubbles at a high speed, a strong local shock wave is generated in the liquid near the bubbles, and local high temperature and high pressure are also formed. Ultrasonic pulverization, ultrasonic emulsification.
Product principle
Ultrasonic emulsification equipment consists of two parts: ultrasonic emulsification components and ultrasonic drive system (ultrasonic generator). Ultrasonic emulsification components: mainly include ultrasonic transducers, ultrasonic horns, and ultrasonic tool heads to generate ultrasonic vibrations and emit the vibrational energy into the liquid.
1. Ultrasonic drive system: generate high-frequency high-power current to drive ultrasonic vibration components to work. The power of the ultrasonic generator is adjustable to adapt to different working conditions. The generator can also be integrated with a timing controller according to needs, to set and control the ultrasonic vibration time and intermittent time.
2. Ultrasonic demulsification equipment consists of two parts: ultrasonic demulsification system and ultrasonic drive system (ultrasonic generator).
Ultrasonic demulsification equipment mainly includes ultrasonic transducers, ultrasonic horns, and ultrasonic tool heads for generating ultrasonic vibrations and emitting the vibrational energy into the liquid.
3. The ultrasonic transducer converts the input electrical energy into mechanical energy. The form is that the transducer moves back and forth in the longitudinal direction, and the amplitude is generally several microns.
4. The ultrasonic horn needs to be connected to the ultrasonic horn because the amplitude generated by the ultrasonic transducer is not enough, and the amplitude is amplified according to the design needs, isolating the reaction solution and the ultrasonic transducer, and at the same time, it also plays the role of fixing the entire ultrasonic vibration equipment.
5. The ultrasonic tool head is connected with the horn, the horn transmits the ultrasonic energy vibration to the tool head, and then the tool head emits the ultrasonic energy into the chemical reaction liquid.
6. The ultrasonic generator generates high-frequency high-power current to drive the ultrasonic vibration components to work. The power of the ultrasonic generator is adjustable to adapt to different working conditions. The generator can also be integrated with a timing controller according to needs, to set and control the ultrasonic vibration time and intermittent time.
