(1).Automatic Frequency Modulation
This characteristics is the basic characteristic of the ultrasonic system, and the accuracy of the frequency is directly
related to the normal use of the device.
(2). Digital Amplitude Setting.
The amplitude is adjustable from 20% to 100%, and the digital adjustment ensures the unity of each start.
(3).Soft Start.
In order to make the ultrasonic system run perfectly, user need to select the appropriate soft start time according to
the characteristics of the mold to reduce the impact of the generator on the transducer. For molds that are difficult to
start, the start speed of the mold can be adjusted.
(4). Automatic Frequency Search.
Frequency search is to perform frequency search on the device according to low amplitude(about 10%), so that the
device has a good starting frequency during normal operation.
(5). Welding time is adjustable.
