working principle:
Ultrasonic aging treatment equipment: Use high-power ultrasonic to push the impact tool to impact the surface of metal objects at a frequency of more than 20,000 times per second. Due to the high frequency, high efficiency and large energy of the ultrasonic wave, the metal surface produces greater compression plasticity Deformed. The ultrasonic drive power supply is connected with the ultrasonic transducer arranged in the shell through a cable, the vibration output end of the transducer is connected with the horn, and the end of the horn is equipped with an impact needle.
The ultrasonic driving power supply converts the mains electricity into high frequency and high voltage AC current, which is output to the ultrasonic transducer, and then the ultrasonic transducer converts the input electric energy into mechanical energy, namely ultrasonic, its manifestation is that the transducer stretches back and forth in the longitudinal direction Movement, the frequency of the telescopic movement is equal to the frequency of the AC current of the driving power supply, and the displacement of the telescopic movement is about ten micrometers.

1. Ultrasonic aging treatment can significantly improve the fatigue life and fatigue strength of welded joints.
