Product Description
The explosion-proof ultrasonic homogenizer is a homogenizing, dispersing and emulsifying equipment designed for flammable and explosive environments. It uses high-frequency ultrasonic vibration (usually 20kHz-40kHz) combined with explosion-proof safety technology. It is suitable for high-risk working conditions in industries such as chemical, petroleum, pharmaceuticals, and new energy.
Working principle:
The explosion-proof ultrasonic homogenizer uses a piezoelectric transducer to convert electrical energy into high-frequency mechanical vibrations, and produces cavitation in the liquid through an ultrasonic probe (amplifier):
1.High-frequency pressure waves (>20kHz) cause the liquid to produce tiny bubbles and burst violently (instant high temperature and high pressure).
2.Shear force destroys particle agglomeration to achieve nano-level dispersion, emulsification or cell disruption.
3.The explosion-proof design ensures that components such as circuits, motors, and probes do not generate sparks or overheat, and complies with explosion-proof standards such as ATEX, IECEx, and GB 3836.
Applications
(1) Chemical and petroleum
Disperse nanomaterials (such as SiO2, carbon black) in flammable solvents (acetone, toluene).
Emulsify crude oil or prepare wax inhibitors and oil displacement agents (explosion-proof certification is required).
(2) Pharmaceutical and biological
Liposomes, microsphere drug delivery systems (including ethanol/methanol solvents).
Cell disruption (explosion-proof laboratory environment is required).
(3) New energy
Lithium battery electrode slurry (NMP solvent, flammable).
Fuel cell catalyst dispersion (hydrogen environment).
(4) Food and coatings
Emulsification of high-concentration alcohol flavors (explosion-proof workshop).
Solvent-based coatings (including xylene, ethyl acetate).
