Thermoplastic fabrics can be stitched together by hot air welding without needing needles and threads, but the welding temperature is not easy to control and the welding speed is slow.

The ultrasonic sewing machine can sew most thermoplastic fabrics. Compared with ordinary needle and thread stitching, ultrasonic stitching does not need needle and thread, has high stitching strength, good sealing, and fast stitching speed. Ultrasonic seamless stitching also completely solves the movement direction of the ultrasonic welding head. The problem of inconsistency and synchronization with the movement direction of the fabric will largely replace ordinary sewing machines

The ultrasonic sewing machine is composed of a 35k ultrasonic transducer, a horn (fixed function), a disc-type welding head and a special CNC power supply. The ultrasonic numerical control power supply converts the mains power into 35k high-frequency high-voltage alternating current and supplies the clam ultrasonic transducer. The ultrasonic transducer converts electrical energy into mechanical energy (ultrasonic waves), and the transducer generates an amplitude when it stretches and stretches in the longitudinal direction, and then transmits it to the disc-shaped welding head through the horn. Conventional ultrasonic welding machine

Conventional ultrasonic welding equipment uses ultrasonic longitudinal vibration. Longitudinal vibration ultrasonic welding cloth has two major weaknesses:

The ultrasonic longitudinal vibration system is mainly used for fabric cutting and is rarely used for fabric stitching. At the same time, conventional ultrasonic traditional welding equipment is mostly used for plastic welding and metal welding.

The core technology of ultrasonic seamless stitching lies in the use of a disc-shaped welding head for seam welding, which skillfully converts the longitudinal vibration of the transducer into radial vibration that radiates 360° outward in the diameter direction of the disc-shaped welding head. And different from the traditional lace machine, the traditional lace machine is composed of a flat tool head and a patterned roller. Because the tool head is stationary, it is easy to cause fabrics such as fabrics to deform and wrinkle during work, and the seam welding type is seamless. The sewing equipment is vibrated by two discs to sew the fabric, which solves this problem very well.
